AIM Photonics announced the Process Design Kit (PDK) version 0.5 for Integrated Silicon Photonics and 2016 Multi Project Wafer (MPW) availability on August 2. The PDK will enable AIM Photonics members to access leading edge silicon photonics technology to generate their own piece of real estate on the up-coming Multi Project Wafer (MPW) run. We are also taking reservations now for 2017 MPW runs which start on April 1, 2017.
