AIM Photonics 2017 Proposers Meeting
The Proposers meeting will be held at the Convention Center in Rochester, NY on May 24th -25th. Registration, Agenda, and Accommodation details can be found below.
The morning of May 24th will be two events:
- Technical Review Board (TRB) meeting (TRB Members Only)
- PIC Design for AIM MPWs Session (open to all interested parties that have executed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (see below). More details in AGENDA below
The afternoon of May 24th: The AIM Executive Team and the TRB will provide an in depth view of the strategic direction reflected in the CFP and offer an opportunity for attendees to ask questions about the CFP. Details in AGENDA below
The May 25th session: Is intended to support the development of proposals. AIM Photonics will provide breakout rooms for each of the MCEs and KTMAs and attendees will have time to engage in project concept development and proposal development tasking.
Given the subject matter of the 2017 Proposers Meeting, only individuals representing entities that have executed an AIM Photonics Membership Agreement or a Non-Disclosure Agreement with AIM Photonics will be permitted to attend.
