AIM Photonics announcement on COVID-19
UPDATED: March 3, 2022
To all AIM Photonics Employees, Members, Partners, Suppliers, and Customers,
Following the recommendations of CDC guidance on masking based on community conditions – effective Monday, March 7th 2022, masking indoors is optional for all AIM Photonics employees on site. This includes while in the cleanrooms.
Recommendations:
Unvaccinated individuals are strongly encouraged to wear masks indoors and when social distancing cannot be maintained.
Individuals at high risk for severe disease or are immunocompromised should consider contacting their health care provider to discuss possible risk reduction or response plans if exposed or positive. These individuals are strongly encouraged to wear masks indoors and outdoors when social distancing cannot be maintained.
Individuals returning to the site following release from isolation due to COVID will be expected to continue to wear a mask until Day 10 after symptom start date or date of positive test.
We encourage individuals to feel comfortable to continue wearing masks at all times if they choose.
Also an item of note, the removal of the mask mandate does not alleviate anyone from following the site-wide social distancing and maximum room capacity requirements.
Should we see an increase in positivity of cases in the region, we reserve the right to reinstate these requirements should circumstance warrant the need.
Any questions or concerns should be directed to info@aimphotonics.com
Sincerely,
AIM Photonics Management
