The 59th International Symposium on Microelectronics, organized by the International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society (IMAPS), will take place at the Encore Boston Harbor in Boston, Massachusetts. The event includes professional development courses, a technical conference program, and an exhibition, and addresses technologies across microelectronics and advanced packaging.
