Requests made for persons with anonymous e-mail domains (such as Gmail or Yahoo) will not be considered.
For academic institutions, PDK Access can only be granted to a professor or staff member of the institution as per the terms of executed PDK Use Agreement.

Authorized Signatory* — Person who has been given the power to sign a legally binding document on behalf of the Organization.

Primary PDK User* — Primary PDK user of the account; Reviews and approves all other authorized PDK users for the Organization.

Authorized PDK Users — Other PDK users within the Organization that are approved for PDK access.

*Required Field. Authorized Signatory and Primary PDK User can be the same person.
